Finally finished up the ratlines on the lower section of the foremast, and got the first set of back stays in place.

well done mate. maybe the ratlines start somewhat too high taking into account that men about that time were about 1,70 m

I haven't done it yet but it calls for a piece of wire as a brace as the first rung for the ratlines

Thank you dock. This is by far the longest I have ever spent on a ship. Also I'd say this one is my favorite out of all of them I have done.

Little by little I'm chipping away at her. Got the second level shrouds and ratlines done. I'm at just over 1300 ratlines tied. I'll be able to have a final number once I'm completely done with ratlines

What tenacity with all those ratlines. (I wouldn't count the number of knots ). Looks good And impressive.

Good thing is I'm not having to count every single one, just counting how many rows x how many shourds I have. But still none the less most i have ever done.
