Hi Dean, I was wondering what brand of plastic putty you use. I tried Vallejo plastic putty on my B17, the result was terrible, it never set up to a hard finish.

I apply with a toothpick and then smooth with my fingertip. When dry, if needed, I lightly sand with 1500 or 2000 grit sandpaper. Once painted and clear coated, I have never had any issues.Now that's a great idea for a smaller scale object that has no flexing when handled.
