Part 11: Second part of the masts and the first yards.

Today, just a brief update. However, there are a number of photos of the next step: making and installing the second part of the masts (marsstengen in Dutch) and making the first three yards.

How did you achieve that red ochre shade? Is it a paint mix or a specific color?

Kolderstok's “midden eiken” stain has a light red color that looks great on all wood that is a bit lighter in color.
