Completely missed this one until now. The no-budget agreement is very intriguing; I'm anxious to learn how you will be going about with the blocks, ropes and sails, to mention a few.Good morning.

I got some walnut and Sapele veneer off cuts for no cost- I had to sort through the scraps.

I cut out the stern to create the counters for the transom.

Planking : I cut these veneer off cuts to 5mm and not longer than 150mm.

The stem, sternpost and false keel. I had to paint these black as I could not remove the orange varnish to stain these.
