Although it’s ‘unfinished’, it’s looking great, Grant. And the advantage of showing something unfinished’ ……. There will be another pist about it.My humble apology for posting yet another incomplete item. I have more incomplete parts on this ship than completed.
“If you don’t know me by now….”
The heat tiles/bricks for the stove. I used the picture below as a reference.

I scratch build this and had to use walnut instead of cherry wood for the frame as the kit is really stingy with the wood supplied. It is not glued in yet.
I was going to stain the tiles a clay colour however they jump out at you too much.

…..at times I feel that my wood be better used for a stove or braai……Part one- an unfinished stove.
Part two- how to burn a model in a stove, and whether the entire 1:48 scale model will fit there... Ricochet, ricochet.
. Cheers GrantThank you ……..Love your incompletions...

. Cheers GrantPaul it's become clear to me that you are playing tic tac toe while Grant is playing 4D Chess. Of course this is all part of his plan.

Let's not underestimate the strategic demands of a well-played game of tic tac toe...Paul it's become clear to me that you are playing tic tac toe while Grant is playing 4D Chess. Of course this is all part of his plan.

Just 2 ways. First player start in the middle and the second player have to start in the corner. That is the stratetic. Wow, yeah don't underestimate that.Let's not underestimate the strategic demands of a well-played game of tic tac toe...
