Hi Keef,

I hope you are feeling 100% before long and back to your passion.

My first post here but I've been watching as I was planning to build the same model. Just got started last week and am checking yours carefully. Don't worry, I won't start my own sub-build log here on yours :)

BTW, with your hiatus from Enterprize, did the hawse pieces parts ever arrive? They are great at M.D. but these things can take a long time from China. I think they make them custom.

Looking forward to seeing you pick up the torch again with this build.

Regards,
Glenn

I'm right there with you. I'm currently in a nursing home for physical therapy and brought my model with me. A recent copd exacerbation set me back and I have only looked at my model for a week but it helps my spirit. Hope to do something today. 9 hope your health continues to improve and you get back to having some fun soon. Happy New Year to all
Thank you Ted. Happy New Year to you. I wish you all the best healthwise

Good morning Keith. We haven’t heard from you for a while. I hope you are getting better and all is doing good. Cheers Grant
Hi Grant. Thank you very much for your thoughts and sorry for the delay in answering. Still struggling a bit with a few health issues, but not quite in so much pain at the moment. Hopefully a good sign. But waiting for an appointment for an MRI. Really missing being able to get into my workshop but I'm sure as the weather warms up I will be back quite soon. Looking forward to interacting with you guys again. All the very best Thumbsup

Hi All. I now feel well enough to get back into my workshop and continue where I left off on my Enterprise Build. It really is great to get back and I shall start with intalling the hawse pieces which have not been an easy task. This series of photos show the starboard assembly fitted to the hull and the port assembly made up and waiting to be mounted. The whole thing fits amazingly well into place which is a great tribute to the engineering of this kit by the Modelship Dockyard team.

Nice to see you back on the yard working on the model, Keith. And those parts have a very nice fit. Up to the other side.
Regards, Peter
