I wanted to ask this already since some time..... how you fix the individual frames, due to the fact, that you do not have notches in the jig (at the waterline).
But with this photo it is clarified - you use some wooden spacers clamped (and maybe later on permanent fixed?)

I went to your website and I can see why you are doing so well on this scratch build, all of your models are exquisite, awesome attention to detail and execution of skill. I hope I have enough years left to develop skills such as yours, and if the Euryalus books are anything like the Niaid volumes you have all the documentation to produce an excellent model! The nails are hardly visible, but after some oiling (or different wood treatment) will be more visible. Very good work.
One question: Which method do you use for production of the 0,5mm dowels? Zieheisen?

Hello everyone,
The next step was to assemble the frames on the keel.

I deliberately did not mill in the keel because I made the experience that somehow nothing will fit properly afterwards. So spacers sat on the keel which are sanded after removing the frame. It's easier for me that way.
