Good morning Kurt. You are super well set up for your prints one day. I have been using a UV light to cure and hand washing the few prints I have done and a curing and wash station is sorely missed. I’m assuming your curing station is a resin washer as well because that is money well spent. Cheers GrantI do have a curing station (also in a box). I will be using Chitubox Basic to layout and print the objects once the 3D printer is set up, which may be several months from. I am focusing on making the models currently.
I greatly anticipate starting the 3D printing phase, and am using that expectation to motivate me to create all the models for the decorations. Learning Blender is rough, but anythihng worthwhile usually is.Good morning Kurt. You are super well set up for your prints one day. Hello Grant! It's slow. I can't wait to actually get back to physical work on the model. It needs to be done though. Cabin fever is setting in. Maybe I should take my fat bike out for a ride in the snow.Good morning Kurt. You must be able to design these print files in your sleep by now. I need the HMAV Bounty figure head in 1: 50, maybe you can sleep on it
. Jokes aside this is a massive task you embarked upon and your design work is impressive - Kudos. Cheers Grant
Looks very good. In the original drawing, the beak appears to be hidden by one of the shrouds and might be a bit longer than an anatomically correct eagle.Neptune's sea eagle object is finished. This one took a bit of thinking to make. I took an eagle model, cut into pieces and used the sculpt tool to create the curled tail portion. Each model seems to have a diffrent approach in using the tools in Blender.
