I have requested information several times using a number of email addresses. This is only about some small parts, but it makes me wonder if they feel it's just not worth replying to.
 
Hi Peter,

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Maristella back when Model Expo was distributing their models, and in my experience they were always very responsive and helpful with any requests we made.
They’ve generally been quite reliable and courteous in dealing with customers and inquiries.

I can’t say why you haven’t received a reply in your case, but that hasn’t been my usual experience with them.
