Nope, this is totally my private stash. However, I have contemplated selling some of them.Is this your online store, Jeff?
LOL Yes. Too much so.That cover art is really effective advertising, isn't it, Corsair?
I didn't realize it was a competition.congrats. you win! I am not worthy
That's what I'm missing! A stash of nice wood !wow you guys are hooked, line n sinker! i to hord exotic lumber but its neatly stacked collecting lots of dust building patina for future builds... ive got several ship plans awaiting in the closet. i dont do kits, i scratch build which comes with its own specialized pile of stuff. the stuff?.... plenty of just incase, and lots of possibles and some maybe stuff. its all neatly stored in "piles of crap everywhere" as my wife calls it.
for me therapy is rigging the ratlines and rigging the cannons. or is that insanity? I don't quite know anymoreThis IS therapy! I have actually 2 ships in build, one on hold (have a mind to start her all over, one day...), 9 kits in stock and 2 more arriving in the next days... I really should stay away from Ebay.
I love rigging cannons. Ratlines? Not so much . . .for me therapy is rigging the ratlines and rigging the cannons. or is that insanity? I don't quite know anymore
He who dies with the most kits wins !I didn't realize it was a competition.
NO! He who dies with the most kits BUILT wins !He who dies with the most kits wins !
Yeah, You're not far behind me.Well I'm new to the hobby but have already acquired, The Model Shipways shipwright set and have built the Dory and the Norwegian pram is under way.
Occre Polaris is also on the bench and I have finished the first layer of planking and I'm very pleased with my first effort.
I guess I should do a build log but I get carried away and forget to take photos.
Actually in the stash is Vanguard models HMS Sherbourne, Billings boats Will Everard (Thames barge) and Artensia Latina San Francisco II. Plus the third in the shipwright series the Lobster Smack.
I have just managed to stop myself from buying the new Model Shipways Phantom.
I won't mention the 40 plus plastic model kits of various planes and tanks I also have.
oh dear. I think you need a whole bunch of grandchildren to help with that mountain, If it was my stuff, half of them would be half finished and back in the box!! great stash though..I hope this behavior is normal....
It has grown a few kits since this picture.

All at once? What a gold mine!Collecting is part of the fun, I would say. Every now and then I open a kit and build it in my mind. This was the first collection I ever bought, all at one time.

I recently sold all my RC plane stuff. Built planes, partially built planes and some kits still in the box (those seem to be really rare now for RC planes).Nice collections, but IF I could get all my stuff into one photo, it would have to be a wide angle shot.
I have way too many kits and plans set aside, and that don't count all the small boxes of HO scale model railroad cars and buildings waiting on a home layout.
It may be insanity. Looking at contemporary models, some of them leave off the rigging on the guns such as the two models at Preble Hall below.for me therapy is rigging the ratlines and rigging the cannons. or is that insanity? I don't quite know anymore
