L'Amarante Corvette de 12 canons 1744 1:36 POF (Ancre Monograph- Gérard Delacroix) By Shota

Good evening, my dear friends.
After a few weeks spent preparing for—and thoroughly enjoying—the conference in Hamburg, I have returned to the "track" of creating my ship model.
Over the past week, I continued working on the lifeboats with the assistance of the "Claude" AI model. It handled the challenge quite well;
I made it clear from the start that the output was intended for laser cutting and assembly, so it ran numerous 3D simulations at my request until an optimal fit was achieved.

In the last 24 hours, I began the laser-cutting process for the keel, frames, and other components required to build the ship's hull—including the assembly jig.
I should emphasize that this is an experimental, testing phase, conducted before building the actual model using the final materials (pearwood, boxwood, and ebony).
For this test, I am using 2mm-thick basswood sheets, along with 2.8mm-thick maple for the keel.
before starting work on this self-designed model, I purchased a similar kit—comparable in structure, size, and scale—to learn from the construction process and avoid potential mistakes.
This has indeed been helpful for both the build itself and for guiding the AI model.
I’d like to share some photos of the process, which is currently in full swing; it will likely take a few more weeks to complete.
I hope you enjoy the photos—
wishing us all a pleasant and enjoyable weekend!

That is looking very promising, Shota. Designing your own model …… Great!
