The practicum describes the installation of the 3D printed window frames as "They should fit just right". I think that's an understatement as you can see from the photo. I only had to make very, very tiny adjustments and they snuggled right in. I allowed some fine CA to run into the fit. Later, I cut some clear plastic "glass" for each window and secure it with diluted Weldbond. Looks pretty good to me... I also reached the milestone of having all remaining of the 600+ CNC parts removed from their billets and cleaned up. .. Is that light I see down that long tunnel?
