LEGO Endurance

I had looked at a few of the Star Wars big kits, and decided no room or cash$. But if my kids wanted to buy it for me, I wouldn't turn one down.
I understand what you are saying about no room and the expense. This was a Xmas gift from the the same source that gave me the Constructo Enterprise as a birthday gift some years back. Never having done any ship modeling led me to discover SOS seven years ago.

I noticed this error after taking a photo of the build result.
The SB and P sides deck planking aren't the same. An easy fix before starting Bag #5, no ungluing, etc. involved.

I was going to ask you whether you soaked it thoroughly with hot water!ROTF

And the stand

The arrow points to the 2nd missing block so far. I'll have go through my LEGO stash to see if I have something that fits, though with the ship in the stand I doubt anyone would notice the gap.
Their Customer Service is really good. You can ask them for the part and they will quickly mail it to you at no charge.
I've built several of their larger Technics cars: Porsche 911, Bugatti, and Lamborghini. ( in the cars, there are moving pistons, etc., but they are hidden from view.) Lots of fun to build.
The Titanic model is huge and very expensive, but hard to get. It sells out immediately.

Well if someone is gifting these to you, then it makes the build even "Mo Better" as they say in the south.

Keep up the building and enjoyment and you never know what else may show up at the workbench some day.
