Almost done I’m doing some research on old fashion lobster traps and would be lobstering equipment! But I think the boat itself is finished!

The old Midwest kit gave you two sheets of balsa to somehow shape and glue to the hull. Perhaps to be soaked in hot water and squished onto the bulkheads like paper mâché. I never could figure it out. So, I just proceeded to fill in between the bulkheads with basswood pieces, filled and sanded them to shape, then planked over that with Tanganika and mahogany veneer strips. (Necessity being the mother of...) :rolleyes:
