Thank you Pter. It’s not perfect, but it is going well so far. It's not a race....but a marathon. It's looking great Dean, very neat and tidy planking so far!
Thank you Heinrich! The hull is about 32” long, and the frames are 8” wide! She’s a big boned girl! It will be a lot of sanding! And painting. Now you see - that wasn't so bad. Great progress, Dean. She is looking very pretty.
Good morning Dean.....and the Lion is stirring from his long slumber...Thank you Heinrich! The hull is about 32” long, and the frames are 8” wide! She’s a big boned girl! It will be a lot of sanding! And painting.
But soon afterwards I can start locating the wales and cannon ports, then she will start taking shape. I can’t wait to do the railings with the scrolls.
So I am starting to look forward to upcoming tasks!
I am trying to break the @dockattner record!....and on page 64 and still busy planking the hull....

So true! I had forgotten I need to compose a 100 page historical document on my vessel! That should chew up a couple hundred pages!Ha! I walk in the shadow of Heinrich in this regard... .
Lovely photo, mia amigo. Hope you have time to explain to her NOT to try testing a new pull and how this hull will float (while you are away from home)View attachment 355135
A pic to show the size. She said it was heavy!
