Funny how the joh I made to help me do the rigging for the cannons has also been able to help me do the ropes to hang from the belay pins. They turned out way better than I had expected them to be.

I have been so sparatic with things to do on this model. From building barrels to still needing to finish the other 2 cannons and now I decided to build 1 of the 4 shelves I have to put next to the hanging knees that go just above the floating tables. Wish I was able to find some small plates and bowls to put on the table just for shits and giggles.

Got the 2nd of the 4 shelves built and put in place. Completed the other table and benches and got them in place. Worked on another munitions barrels because I was getting aggravated at the cannon carriages, had to make more modifications so the cannons would sit low enough in the carriages.

Finaly finished the Last of the buckets have to stain them and put the lashing around them. Still have to finish rigging the last 2 cannons then work on the ramming tools next.

Thank you. At first when I thought of it I was going to put them side by side and just do one long side to it, but then talking with a friend from the United kingdom we talked about doing it this way with a mast section and capstan. I couldnt find one that was the scale I needed so I had to make one.

I never did like trying to make buckets from strips and center supports, I like your method looks easier they the way I did my last set of buckets.

I do believe those are cannon fuse wicks, used each time the barrel is loaded and fired.

Got another cannon done tonight have 1 more to go. Making the blocks for them and getting rigging ready. 3rd cannon is in place on the deck.

Well finally got all 4 of the cannon on deck and rigged out. Got the cannon balls and buckets and barrels in place. Even made some rum barrels for the tables, because what's a ship with out rum. Now working on the hammock holders.
