Thanks to all for the supporting messages and best wishes, I guess I just have to behave myself for awhile.
The Doctor was asking what had happened and I said,

Good morning John. You had to get the symmetry right. A left hand cast just looked out of place. Eish it must be a little frustrating with both arms out of operation- good luck for the recovery. Cheers Grant
