Well it's been a while but I finally got back to the project and finished the bottom half. Will have to call this one done for me as it is to large for me to attempt rigging ( confined to wheelchair with bum left hand also ) so I have to put a ship on my lap and lean it on it's side to do rigging. This girl is just to big for me to do and I also don't have a shelf space big enough to fit with masts on. Anyways it has been a lot of fun and the finished product is what I was looking for - a hand built child's toy kind of look.
