Little update. Worked on the bow. The decoration on the hull and opened the cannon ports. Santa gave me New telephone but it doesnt charge any more so its back to the shop and using my old one again. Also made the two stairs. Tnx for watching.

Well Jimsky didnt had enough strips to finish the cratings so tomorrow the second order will come in to finish them. I started for the 3 time with the cratings because i didnt like them and with some help of Jimsky they will be much better in hope. The dark one was first atempt. The midcollor second and the lightest one the new.

Does anyone know where they make the plastic decorations from? Its smells so chemical whit sanding and it breaks easyaly. Even with a small rasp the tiny dust parts smells strong.
 
The New cratings are finished. Took me 3 days because a lot of pain in the neck but its done. Dont know if i have to paint the white parts with walnut varnish or leave them the way it is now. Please help with this choice.....

@Pat71 Those gratings looks very good! Patience and repetition make them looks really nice! Bravo. As for the finishing part, IMHO II like the contrast between the walnut and the white wood color. I am a big fan of Oil use as the varnishing material. But the decision and last word are always yours! :)
