I guess you means the hawse holes - I think Marc alias @Hubac’s Historian will know best the correct location. He is studying this ship in detail !!!QUESTION: Can anyone enlighten me about the parts for the hawser ports? From the pic below you can see the bow where they go. I can't find any reference in the instructions, so I don't know if a part is included or I need to scratch build one.

They are really both the same scale. I've checked the sails against the yardarms on the plans and they fit perfectly, and are really nice! See photos.
