Thank you. They were brass chain that I immersed in Casey blackening solutionI really love the anchor chains. They look very convincing!
Do not touch or clean uncured resin without gloves. You could have rinsed it and let it fully cure inside with UV light.Good news. The vendor that sold me the 3d printed upgrade parts has agreed to replace the ships funnel with another one. Although I could probably have salvaged the original piece, I was not keen on cleaning up the sticky mess.
Been at the workbench today. Assembled 3 cranes, and multiple guns. I am very pleased with the fine detail of the parts, but my photography skills are rather average.
