USS Constitution from Model Shipways

Don't know if you are still working on the gudgeons and pintles for the rudder, but BlueJacket have some pretty nice ones cast in Brittania metal

 
For what it's worth, I have the Hunt Practicums and in them, Hunt instructs you on how to make these parts out of styrene strips in Chapter 12.7 The Rudder (See below). These are not part of the MS kit.

I chose a similar hack, making mine out of brass strip and taking some liberties in the design. You'd have to look really closely to spot that I don't actually have pins.
I as well used this same hack. It looks good to me. I could have 3d printed the gudgeons and pintles, I suppose, but I am satisfied with what it looks like. I did 3d print the chain iron. Super easy.
