There you go Ted! I remember feeling like I was upside down standing on my head trying to get those darn trestletrees arranged correctly.Good morning.
I think I have it correct this time.
Thank you Peter and Daniel.

At first I was a bit confused of making mast hoops of brass … But then I saw you picture of making one of the bands. It’s looking nice, Ted.I got a roll of .1mm brass strip from Amazon. Made a first attempt at a mast hoop
My opinion is: keep it simple with regular solder. There comes not much tension on them. But I am not a ‘solderer’ and simply used CA.Can I use regular solder on the brass or must it be silver solder?
Thank you Peter. CA sounds much simpler. I think I may give the regular solder a try also if I'm feeling ambitious. At first I was a bit confused of making mast hoops of brass … But then I saw you picture of making one of the bands. It’s looking nice, Ted.

The only thing I see Ted is the holes in the tabs that will support the sheeves seems a little too far away from the mast.
Part 109 is just a crosstree part and doesn't have a loop. The loop your seeing is from part D187. Here is what I did and did not include the loop.Has anyone been able to manufacture this part 109 with a loop at the center. Should I even attempt it or should I be looking at trying to solder a ring to the part
Best regards,

That’s looking much better, Ted.I sanded it down and put in a coat of Watco oil. Here's the results
Thank you. I sure learned this lesson the first time. From now on no sanding with rougher grades. That’s looking much better, Ted.
Regards, Peter.
