@Uwek: Indeed :)This is the first time in 30 years I’m not spending my summer holidays in the Maldives due to Corona. . . The other 29 years it has been due to lack of money :D
Jokes aside, the admiral and I already had 3 holidays canceled this year. In April we had booked a hiking trip to Nepal, in May we had booked a diving trip to Sharm el Sheikh and right now we should have been to Sharm again. Well, Harz is also very nice :) Tomorrow I’ll hike to the summit of Brocken . . . inshallah :)

Hi guys,

Well the 3rd came and I got my monthly insult from SSI. Gave most of it to my wife for bills but I did get to go up to Harbor Freight to pick up a few items I was wanting. Nothing expensive, came out for under $40. 2 nice new rules, one stainless and the longer one aluminum. 2 file sets. A plastic angle finder, and a really nifty measuring set for 10 bucks. I have no clue what ever happened to some of my old tools when we moved so I splurged on new. Sorry but nobody here will be first to see them, Nozo had to investigate as soon as I got back home:

It's these little things that get the MOST use! Try making a model ship without a sanding block or needle file in your hand.

build log

Most freakin definately!!

On a side note, I was just informed by the head of The Dept With Nothing Better To Do, a division of AlienShipWorlds, that Testors
illegally copied the plans. It seems the ship was an early prototype of a space cruiser by The Suckit Corperation headquartered on
Buttlik Prime, Usuck Province. For those who dont know astronomy that planet system is located in the DingleBerry Cluster, just south
of Uranus.

Intergalactic lawsuites pending.

Gosh I love doin Public Service Announcements :)

Clair, it just goes to show you, I have been wrong all these years, I always thought that the DuoBerry Cluster was south of Uranus and all this time it was the DingleBerry Cluster. You see nobody tells me anything!

The alien with the speech impediment said "I'm from Uranus, take me to your Weeder!"

I use my files as well very often but without this hand grips. I have not one. ROTF
Yes, small tools in old fingers have led me to cramps and muscles twisting the hand into creative but not useful configurations; The it becomes time for a break before returning to the task temporarily abandonded. Aging is trip!!!! PT-2
