Thanks Stephan.
I knew I had read it in one of the build logs. Michele's work is an exceptionally good example of what can be achieved with bitumen.

Thank you dear Shota for your nice words.Dear Herman
Looks beautiful , excellent work !!!!
Thank you Marc for your very kind wordsHerman - your work remains a visual feast, and I will never be sated. So good!

That is very nice executed in detailed work, Herman.Furthermore something I wanted to add were the depth marks.
I learned those marks were applied on the bow on the starboard side (on the stern on the port side) in the form of Roman numerals that were tilted to form a clear line from which the draft could be read.
This turned the x into a +, the L into more of a tilted V, and the I's were replaced by a dot.
I used a sharpened mini screwdriver.

Well...

That is looking great, Herman. Well done! All the loose parts of the bow are assembled and mounted on the ship. Now it was also possible to make and assemble the false keel.

Thank you for your very generous comments Waldemar. Believe me, there is some to criticize, but we ourselves are our own worst critics and I seem to succeed well in correcting/disguising earlier made mistakes.Very, very convincing. Admittedly, I'm still looking for something to pick on and criticize, so you don't have it too easy with me, but it's proving too difficult, even impossible. You're not going to paint it, are you...?
