hayling hoy

I am trying to assemble the frames on this model they have all fitted very well until i reached frame (J) the slot in the laser cut cradle is a good 1mm wider than the rib? can anyone advise me if this is a manufacturing error or if i have done something wrong see last photo

new build as you can see the bow part of the keel does not fit in the slot of the cradle , does this part need beveling it does not say so in the instruction. need the help i can get
