1682 HMY FUBBS - 1:24 - Stern Section [COMPLETED BUILD]

First , thank you all for stopping and taking a look to my built.

After expending the morning with my family and getting a nice lunch on a restaurant beside the ocean, I came back to the AC of my shipyard :)

The lady (right side) is now positioned and has a smile on her face. She is very proud of her location watching the ocean waves left by the ship and covered with gold. :cool:

It's been a long time, and I am happy you stop by.

How I did the carvings cleanings and painting ?

Here are all the tools used:

Another useful set of tools that helps the job, is patience, positive thinking and a good set of @#$%& words, of which I have 2 -English & Spanish- .... HAHAHA .

I am so in love with my ladies that I decided that this song fits them very well. Just replace in your minds "lady in red" for "Lady in Gold".

Tiller and ruder done. Unfortunately I have to re-do it several times and I was so piss-off that I forgot to take pictures during the built. Nevertheless, if someone want to know a detail, I have the images from the prototype. I ended doing it in that way.

BTW, tiler and rudder have movement.

Thank you Paul ! The rudder assembling is always something I have struggled with. Why ? , I don't have a correct answer, but as of today is a part of the ship that scares me .... :-) . That's why I pushed till this stage off the building. Oh well, for good or bad, it's done. Let's move on !!!!
