Thanks, Johan. You are right: That was real sailing on Thursday till Scheveningen. And now we're talking, I mean sailing. Astonishing views.
Thanks, Grant. The best life Peter......and the best models.
As I walked across the deck with that swell, I got a déjà vu feeling at the fairground attraction CakeWalk. When she plunged into a valley, you took some very light steps.First photo with just the Mizzen up looks like fun in that choppy sea. Cheers Grant

That’s for sure, Paul. That’s why I wrote last Friday:I did not foresee the amount of adjustment to the shrouds to lower the mast - but seeing it in your demonstration one can't argue against facts. It must have been quite a dance in rolling seas to perform this maneuver. Brilliant as always, Peter.
When they moved from fishing ground to fishing ground, mast up, mast down, mast up …..We all here aboard have great respect for the fisherman who sailed this for weeks on open see.
Thanks, Daniel.Great explanation of the shroud line geometry.
Eish...mast up, mast down, mast up ….

Thanks, Dirk. For the nice words, compliments and for pointing the ‘light oil canning effect’I love this build ... the details, the light oil canning effect, the overall atmosphere is stunning.
Thanks for this nice words and compliments, Roger. That are the pros nd cons of scratch building and having the example near by in scale 1:1.What a stunning model! Your attention to and accuracy for all the small parts and your great ability to replicate to the smallest detail is a wonder in itself. Your build is quite astonishing. You have skills that many of us can only dream about.
You also thanks for this nice words and compliments, Herman.Stunning workmanschip Peter. Not only the fine details on this scale, but then even make it possible to lower the mast. Hats off.
