I've made nailing of the boards. And made the ports of the oar fairleads.
I decided to change the covers of the ports .
I have great admiration for builders who are willing to make changes - even simple ones like this make a big difference in the overall appearance of the ship. Congratulations!

At first I made in a more simple way , but then I managed to find a way and make it according to a blueprint. Every lid is made of three layers.
I've made and curved the railing.
I have installed the gunwale. Now it is important to finally make the stern. Ahead is left the manufacture and installation of sloop beams and bollards
I love the colour of the wood, great stuff.

I have made bow horn and boat davit. Fitting was without glue, I will install the boat davit later, so that they don't break off when i will working with the steering wheel.
