The 7P name banner and the carvings are examples of exquisite work, Herman. The 7P is such an impressive ship and just to take on a build like this is a mammoth task. If it takes a few years to complete, so what? The time you are investing is resulting in a superb rendition of her - one you can be immensely proud of.
Thank you very much Heinrich.
When I started this project, I had no idea what awaited me. The term "mammoth task" is the correct description. I have alteady several years invested and I am proud of what I have learned and produced with great joy in that time. Still a lot to learn and a long way to go.

We escaped the heat at home and are spending a few days in Stockholm. A visit to the Vasa Museum is, of course, a must and is certainly highly recommended.
Entering the hall where the Vasa is being displayed is impressive.
It’s not my habit to post photos of myself, but for this occasion, I had to strike a pose  .

Hello Herman,
I hope you enjoy your time in Stockholm.
I have always thought that the Vasa is a beautiful ship. One of my favorites. Someday I hope be be able to see her in person.

Bill
