Galilee Boat kit from Scott Miller [COMPLETED BUILD]

Hi, sorry the hole for the pulley must be longitudinal to the keel otherwise it is not possible to move the pen to the other side.

You are so right, Frank! I’m not quite finished with that part yet. I’m still experimenting with a few things because I’ve never done one of these boats before. This is just me roughing it out. Thanks for the input.

Good morning Vfordyce, OK but the pulley is missing, Frank
I actually built an immovable pulley inside the slot. Two holes all the way through the mast 5mm apart. I set a groove between the two holes and made the part between the two holes rounded like a pulley. You just can't see the pseudo pulley because the rope is in the way. I also put a pin in the side of the mast to hold the pseudo pulley in place. Thanks for coming aboard, Frank! You challenge me to grow.

Very nice build Vic. I think this is one of the more interesting (and challenging) builds out there.
