A ships boat and grates. Made small handles and tied to the capstan.
Pretty much finished with the deck area.

Drilled small holes in the channels to hold in place on the ship.
Tapered all the masts and spars. Cut the area where the trestle trees sit. These cuts should have been square. I made them round. Will get it right next time.
Cut and assembled the crow's nests from Holly wood. Like other builders, I didn't use the kit's supplied crow's nests.

Oops. Just noticed I put the channels in the wrong places. The short one is suppose to be at the stearn. And the middle sized one at the bow. It sure is a lot more fun when you don't make so many mistakes.

I'm thinking about putting furled sails on this model.
