Good morning Heinrich. Nice one!!! Back in my school days our Head of English department was Derek Cousins (Westville Boys in Durban) and my butt was severely striped by him a few times. Congratulations Heinrich - well deserved. Cheers Grant

Thank you very much Herman. You nailed it - that is actually the main reason why I have accepted the position. (Plus, hypothetically, it would also mean a continuation of my shipyard activities here.)

Very nice, with Anna by your side. And the picture shows that the team enjoyed it. Although the quy in the front right is 'a bit reserved'.
Investing in a new challenge with responsibilities will hopefully ‘pay off soon’. Happy building, on your ship and the future.

Thank you very much, my friend and please say "thank you" to Mariette as well for me. Everybody really enjoyed the evening, so I was happy about that. As far as the future goes, one can only hope, but I am also realistic enough to know that there is no guarantee.

Thank you very much, Paul - I really appreciate the kind words. In special cases the employer can submit a special request to the government for a work permit extension. The rationale is that it is easier to replace a teacher than one of the management team. We will just have to wait and see if that pans out in reality.
