I would like to say, that it is a further big step in kit modelling quality.
BTW: when I take a look at the photos of the on going construction of the model -> your modeler is doing a very good job! Very accurate work on the carlings and ledges -
We would have nothing against, if your modeler would start a building log here in SOS!!

Update 0513 Trial-produce Double sheaved cat block 8mm and 10mm
A very good idea to produce these kind of blocks with a wheel (like real) - maybe, just think about, but maybe you already tried, the wheel in brass - but installed with the anchor you will not see the wheel anyhow - Sorry; I was thinking loud - Super way and idea
