Will finding Wechat do you any good if it’s in Chinese?

Not sure I understand the concept of “limited production” of this kit. If a designer/businessman has spent the time and effort to produce a new kit, not to mention the investment in CNC equipment, casting equipment, software, etc. wouldn’t he want to produce as many as he needed to meet demand? Assuming, of course, that they were sufficiently profitable.
It could be that the kit might be priced at a level that the designer expects only a limited demand. Or that the designer is a one-man operation and can’t handle large-scale production without significant expansion.
Perhaps Sam Chan can address this.
