HMS ALERT 1777 cutter POF by shota70 [COMPLETED BUILD]

A nice combination of different kinds of rope work, Shota. With nice pictures to show al the aspect of the anchor and ad-on’s.
Regard, Peter
That's some good looking anchors with all their hardware. Job well managed, I would say.
Good evening Shota. Lovely post. All the details are very accurate. I love the way your anchor rope coils below the deck - impressive. Cheers Grant
my dear friends
thank you very much for your kind words and compliments :) I really appreciate it

good evening dear friends
Today I installed the second anchor on all the accompanying parts such as the buoy and the assembly of ropes connecting it to the hull of the ship.
I also installed the ship's rudder.
In general, it can be said that I am nearing the end of the construction of this beautiful model.
Let's let the images speak for themselves

Your model is looking wonderful Shota! All the details play against each other very nicely! A handsome and busy deck!

Sometimes I tell myself when I will have the privilege to meet the good friends from our amazing forum.
I know that we are scattered around the world, which is almost impossible, so I am toying with the idea of a trip around the world in which I visit and meet all those who would like to, even if for a few hours over a glass of wine or a beer and learn from each other and deepen the personal acquaintance.
It was excellent as part of the conference in Augsburg, Germany, where I met charming and amazing people in their extraordinary abilities. Perhaps in preparation for retirement in a few years I will try to advance the idea into action even if partially:)

A very beautiful looking model, Shota, my compliments.
She definitely deserves a place of honor!

PS1 When will the crew arrive to hew the anchors and man the guns?
PS2 I was going to write "to hoist the sails" but that's a bit of an impossibility, isn't it?

Come to Texas Shota and I will barbeque steaks for everyone that will melt in your mouth. That combined with a well-aged cabernet is like having a meaningful relationship!

‏good evening my dear friends
First I would like to thank all of you for the compliments, words of encouragement, likes and smiles that all together warm my heart :)
Today I prepared and installed the Bowsprit as well as the Mainmast. the Bowsprit is made from two identical parts that prepared in cnc. after cleaning the sawdust, I glued the halves.
After that I sanded the Bowsprit until a smooth circle was formed which was then smeared with oil.
doring the installing the Bowsprit, they were strengthened with two browned metal rods.
After that I installed the Bowsprit which was prepared about two months ago.
Later I prepared the wooden surface on which the ship will be placed, the surface was prepared from an elimination parquet board, And on it I placed the plexiglass cover.
as you can see I'm really close to finishing the work on the ship
