Same ship, just a terminology thing by the kit maker I am guessing. One way to tell if the deck down low is a platform or orlop is the way the planks sit towards the center of the ship. On larger ships of course there were both platforms and an orlop deck.

ay i suggest you make them a little longer 'cas it can be cut off
