HMS Mercury, 1:72, Shipyard [COMPLETED BUILD]

Many thanks for the nice comments! And it will continue here soon - but with the temperatures that are here in Germany at the moment, you just don't feel like building.

You are right. We suffer from a heat wave here in Holland too. Don't work on paper models with wet hands! Your paper will all get wavy. Rest and gather strength for colder times....

Hello friends, there are some news to report. A little summer break has done good. In the nice weather I preferred to sit with my beloved on the terrace and drink a good wine instead of sitting in the shipyard and building the ship. But now autumn is approaching, the weather is becoming dull and grey. Ideal conditions for model building!
But see for yourself: My second dinghy is ready and the foremast has all sails now. M1205.jpgM1206.jpgM1207.jpgM1208.jpgM1209.jpgM1210.jpgM1211.jpgM1212.jpgM1213.jpgM1214.jpgM1215.jpgM1216.jpgM1217.jpg

And this beer seems to me to be the right drink to reward me for the hard work. :D
