This is a surprising development!
When you can install all the bulkheads on the center board take photos of the top, sides and ends of the model and send them to me with notes on the problem areas. This will not be a large problem.

Where are you getting the bulkhead's shape from? If you ate using the shapes on the plane, they could be wrong.
With my experience getting the bulkheads profile, it is always best to redraw them from the waterline plans.
You will be amazed at the difference.
