I think it was you about scale lumber. try www.northeasternscalelumber.com. I use to live on east coast and this is where I bought all of my scale lumber. they have lots of lumber in all kinds of woods. I’m still thinking of planking my HMSVictory in cherry. No luck at all 5” and larger. Found on eBay. Tear out was not bad at all and the new stearn area will atttach very easily once completed as a separate assembly.
