To me, the hinges and the “Z” reinforcement make a two-piece hatch pretty much unusable — but then again, what do I know…I think the hatch cover is in two parts, at least that's how it looks in the plan. But I could be wrong.

Hi Jim, Kuba was right, I meant the one in the deck floor. However, I'm not sure if the plan shows the door at the front or if it's at the stern. In Vladimir's pictures, you can see another hatch further back in the floor, which fits the plan better.Tobias mentions a deck, bottom hatch divided into two parts. Not a door.
Your level of detailing and finishing is impressive, Vladimir. My great respect!I gradually finished the remaining bulkheads in the center section of the hull and attached all the deck beams.
