best regards John.
G'day Uweas I mentioned before, sometimes a little bit too much detailed, but I think it will be a good help for modelers building this kit.....in order that they make it like I did it, or to think about and
That is what it looks like to me as well. This is the real first time, that there is an error in the laser cutting - looks like, that the laser had a short HICCUP
Hi Uwek, how much of the interior planking will you install?
Yes you are correct.....on one side it has to be correctly measured, so that the same number of rows of planks up to the deck.....on the other hand most parts of this will be covered and not visible.....Looking great. I am finding them a little difficult too. I found the next 8-10 planks are harder then afterwards become slightly easier. Maintaining the right curve and tapering needs to be managed carefully. There were a couple of areas I was not satisfied with my work but luckily it will be hidden after sanding and instalation of interior fittings. With you superior quality work I think you avoid any surprises.
Thanks for your kind words. Unfortunately, due to my normal job and a small daughter with 5 years, she wants to play with daddy in the evenings, I have only possibility of 1 to 2 hours during evening or night, when the family is sleeping.....so usually nightwork......Looks clean and well cut so keep up the good work. How manny hours Doei you build in a day?
