I finished laying the last upper deck on the bow and started fitting it out.
First I did the Cathead




I continued past the Main belfry and the carved railing.



The thickness of the boxwood is 0.5mm and it is sometimes difficult to estimate how much force you can apply - in fact, almost none. Just gently stroke.



I know the carving is simplified, but I can't do more. The size of the window on the railing is 4.5x9mm and I'm glad I put it like this at least



The railing and bell tower are just dry-laid for now. I'm afraid I'll break them.

Good work. Deck detailing is probably the best part of building a ship. I love this part of craft.

What type of glue did you use to glue the wood to the balsa?

I also like these works the most. On the deck I used dispersion glue D2, which is even produced in our city. It is Duvilax Expres LS.

Strbske Pleso - Waterfall Skok - Strbske Lake - and then throughout Slovak Paradise Park. Loved it! A great outdoor culture in Slovakia.

Po neúspešnom brúsení plexisklového lampáša som sa rozhodol ho vyleptať. Vytvoril som ich rozloženia, otestoval ich s papierom a keď boli rozmery správne, objednal som si ich od spoločnosti Hauler , za čo som veľmi vďačný.


V ten istý deň, keď dorazili lepty, som sa pustil do práce.





Nakoniec, povrchová úprava, sklo som vytvoril disperzným lepidlom Duvilax a skúsil som vyrezať malého (ale naozaj malého) delfína.



Asi to veľmi nevyzerá ako delfín, ale pri 3x6 mm...???
Ani lupa mi tu velmi nepomohla.

I finished fitting out the upper deck on the bow.
Added all the cleats and belaying pins. I ended up using brass ones. Wooden ones probably wouldn't last long at this scale.


I also made arches above the loopholes.



To complete the railing, I only need to play with seven railing end caps.
