The result is impressive, I would be happy if you could explain a little more about the process, I would like to learn from your experience
There ist not a lot to explain. Its a jig for the manually router. He works with an 60 degree milling cutter. The jig works on both sides for both sides of the stem.
Important ist the positioning of the stem to get the parting lines exactly on the right places. I worked a lot with paper templates to get this.
As well the positioning of the stem on the jig. I worked as well with paper template and with centering holes.
But dont mill inside the screw like me ! This is the best tip what i can give
.

But I have to say, that the daily doing
with this project is salty enough. More salt is unhealthy for Oliver !
