Model VICTORY by Deagostini, scale 1/84

Good afternoon friends!
Thank you all again for your congratulations, it’s a pleasure!
As promised, new photos of the installation of rigging on the fore-Mars-ray.
These are the blocks one of my fellow modelers made for me:

Such disorder occurs temporarily on deck. You have to pull 4 types of tackle, 8 ends at the same time. Therefore, I first pull it, check the horizontal and vertical, after that I just fix the knot with CA glue and cut off the excess

Off the charts good, Sasha. Those blocks your friend made are some of the best I have seen. The detail is impeccable. Cheers Grant

amazing highly accurate rigging works - WOW
looking at your log: I am happy, that I have no standing or running rigging works to do on my Granado - it is looking so complicated
Thank you Uwe.
In fact, it is difficult to understand the movement of the tackle and the placement of the ends. And stretching it out is a matter of technique, although this is not always easy. The more gear there is on the ship, the more difficult it is to navigate it.
But it looks beautiful

Agreed. This ship construction in your hands is magnificent! A pleasure to follow along Sasha!

ROTF ROTF ROTF ROTF ROTF I am with you, mon ami. Rigging is not my favorite part of scale modeling, but good rigging, the one Sasha is making, will give a model a different twist, that's why I like the rigging appearances.

That close up really show your skill. Can't say I don't envy:)
But why stick with a white rope, is it a buyers choice?
Thank you Wojtas! In fact, the threads I use to make running rigging are a little gray. Here is a photo for comparison with white threads. Yes, it looks like white, but they are still gray. Maybe not enough, but it will remain as it is
