As Fred Hocker wrote "initial print run is 1700 copies, so get'em while they're hot".
There were only 1699 left after I ordered my edition...Just ordered a copy as well. There were only two left and since the run was only 1700 copies I blame Paul @dockattner for increasing the panic buying .

$35 in 1979.... Very pricey....Just received my copy of James Lees’ “The Masting and Rigging of English Ships of War”.
It was “New” still in plastic wrap.
