Hi Shota,

Great carvings.
Btw you tell us you haven't been working on your model because it was vacation time, for a lot of us it is vacation when we can work on our model ROTF.
Maarten, my dear friend
It is a great honor for me to receive compliments and words of encouragement from you.

Mój drogi przyjacielu Mirek,
bardzo dziękuję za nieustające wsparcie i miłe słowa

‏My dear friend Mirek, thank you very much for your constant support and kind words.

My Dear friends
Thank you so much to each you
and all of you, for the encouragement and support, it warms my heart.
I couldn't hold back and I would like to share with you the beginning of the nailing work.
I would like to clarify that the thick nails in the black panels are with 0.7 mm heads because I sanded the square wire, while the small ones came out about 0.55 mm because the 0.4 wire was too thin and weak and therefore I found a 0.5 mm square wire and for Tammy it was stable And more beautiful after sanding the square wire head
wish you all pleasant weekend

Hello Shota,

Your work continues to be a beautiful and inspiring endeavor. I still have my L'Amarante monograph waiting in the wings for the day that I gain the skills needed to do the work justice.

Bill
Dear bill
thank you very much for your kind words and compliments,
I believe that you too will achieve the capability to do it :)

Good evening my dear friends
A small update, after a week of preparing hundreds of square nails, the two black planking boards are nailed.
I tried to make the nail heads stand out with square heads and balanced outlines.
The next update will only be when I finish the smaller nails in the pear and boxwood boards.
I wish everyone a good and blessed week

Good evening my dear friends
After two weeks of work during which I made about 1100 holes and nails and installed them in the ship's shell (On the first side of the ship)
. When we read the last words it may seem like a thing/work that should have been faster, but after 1100 nails, each of which received personal care from the moment of cutting and grinding the head so that it remained square and that the drilling and installation would maintain the correct pattern and along the line of the frame, it is a tedious job that requires patience and perseverance.
We will hear from you later in the work

WOW, these pictures are great. You can be proud of what you make till now. Love the colour tones of the wood and the black also. Nice done my friend.
Perseverance, indeed! Well done!

But the overall appearance is also worth mentioning. You are in the running for most improved modeler, Shota!
my dear friends
