Thank you. I just did the eyelets (76) of them today and that was hard on the eyes. Lol30 some odd yers ago I built this kit complete with cloth sails and all the running rigging functional. The hardest part was the rigging - so just take your time. All in all I had about 2 1/2 years invested in her but it was well worth the time spent. Yours is comming along nicely. Keep up the good work.
Often a combination is the best solution - every time we as modelers have to think about the next steps - The manuals are showing only one way of execution, but for the individuals like humans are, some other sequence fits better.....Just a quick thought, I am a retired naval aircraft mechanic. I followed instruction manuals to a tee as i was egress systems. I’ve seen a lot of great suggestions on this log but should I shy away from the instructions? I was following them but found out the hard way concerning the hatches over the cannons. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
I’ll use JB weld next time. LolSorry to hear about this mishap. I think we all have had those moments.
Thanks. I’ll use that in the future.Hi ,here is a little help, actually a screenshot how to post full size images. You are progressing well with your model ,the key is never rush.Good job so far.
