Very much so. Trying to make what I can out of solid wood instead of using the plywood. Just using the plywood as a template.
Been away for about a week. Last week I had started the shrouds on the foremast. Well tonight night I got them finished. Next is to do the ratlines had to make some adjustments to the chain plat brace to make it where it wasn't upfront of the cannon.

Thank you. Only bad thing is I cant do like I normally do with them because the opening is so small I cant put the deadeyes through there. I have to tie the deadeyes off in place.
I never even thought of that as an option (pre-rigging the deadeyes). That would take some careful measuring to keep things level but it sure would be easier.
Yes it does. Normally I'll tie them off with them in that little jig I made and then pull them out so I can seize the lines but having to do that with them in place is more of a pain in the butt
Ratlining is quite a chore. You do very precise work, Gibby_74. The rich color makes this model really stand out. 
Got some good work in today. Finished getting the foremast up and in place. Got the standing rigging for the foremast done. And finished up the rest of the running rigging for the bowspirte sail. Next I'll work on the yards for the foremast and then I'll start on the main mast. The back stays won't be done until I'm done with the sails.

Got the top yard made and installed for the foremast. Planning on how to run the running rigging is frustrating at first but then once it's there it's on point. Also you cam see better how I'm using the hooks I bought awhile back from amanti.

Thank you. That really means alot. I always try to improve upon what I have learned from previous builds. And like this one I tried to make as much as I could out of solid wood and trying different thing like the brass nails. And I'll definitely be getting more of these blocks from dry dock that's for sure. They are absolutely amazing and have taken this build to the next level.
