A little off the topic…I took my staff away for 2 days for our year end function….I cannot believe it is that time of the year again…
A little outdoor team building:
That old guy ….even on our Xmas/year end party I’m still telling the guys what to do
Hike and swim at the waterfall
A “marriage “ of reconciliation for the two guys who give each other a hard time all year
My business partner and I in the “Photo Booth”. The lady who makes this business happen.

Ok enough off the topic - back to Grants Xebec: this morning I could fit the bell tower, pumps and main deck cleat I had previously made. The mast is dry fitted as I like to rig as much as possible off the ship. I did add the cleats for the running rigging to mast - 4 of them.

Two things I do not see here - fuzzy wood and fuzzy rope! I have to keep reminding myself this is an Occre kit! Stunning work my friend

- I have some good cotton ropes and blocks which replaced the kit ones. Most of OcCre laminates I remade with left over walnut from my Victory. Cheers Grant

Ships boat continues :
Added the rails. These are from the kit however you will notice a join towards the stern as my boat design is different to the kit.
Added rubbing strakes - painted green.
For some fun added a ring and bar for the tackle for the sail.
